Star Activity- Skatin' Place
Congratulations! Your son/daughter has qualified as a Star Student for the first quarter. To qualify for this honor, a student must be recognized by his/her teachers as a student who meets the following qualifications, as listed in the student handbook: I will not be disruptive in class and/or advisory. I will not have excessive tardies (3 or more). I will not have incomplete homework or be unprepared for class. I will not abuse devices (chromebook, cell phone, etc..) I will not be disrespectful to other students and/or staff. I will not display a poor attitude, be uncooperative or be a non-participant. I will not cheat or plagiarize. I will not waste class time. I will not display disrespect toward school property. I will not have overdue library materials. Please refer to the student handbook for further explanation of this program. Students who qualify are subject to losing their privilege to attend the STAR activity if they receive any disciplinary action after receiving this letter.All qualifying Star Students will have the opportunity to participate in the third quarter activity. This activity will take place on Friday, March 29, 2019. Students will attend the Skatin’ Place. Buses will leave at 10:05 a.m. and return at approximately 2:30 pm. The cost of this event is $9.00 for regular skates or $11.00 for inline skates. Students will be able to buy concessions there, bring their own food from home, or sign up for a bag lunch from the school lunch program. **As a reminder, parents signed permission slips at the beginning of the year. Money for the event MUST be paid online at or to the office by the end of the day, Friday, March 22, 2019. No late payments will be accepted.SCHOOL ATTENDANCE ON THE DAY OF THIS ACTIVITY IS MANDATORY WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CHILD ATTENDS THIS ACTIVITY! Classes are in session as usual the entire day. Preschool Camp and Wrap Around Care offers a safe, friendly, structured atmosphere where preschool-aged children are encouraged to pursue their own interests, develop friendships and grow in confidence, independence and respect for themselves and others.
We provide a variety of academic and enrichment programs after school, in the evenings, to enhance your child's social, emotional and physical growth while out of school.
Monthly memberships begin on the first day of the month and continue through the last day of the month.
