Yoga Flow with PK Yoga

Carve out an hour for yourself on Mondays and set the tone for your week. Join us for a 1-hour yoga class for all levels. We will cultivate balance, flexibility, patience and strength with a different theme/focus each class. Postures will include salutations, balancing, twists, hip and shoulder openers, as well as core work. Modifications will be offered to increase or decrease the intensity of the practice, making it appropriate for active beginners to intermediate students.
Participants should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach towel and water. If you have yoga props such as a strap or blocks, please bring them.
