Tess Georgakopoulos, Dish it Up Good
Pizza night at home will never be the same! Turn your kitchen into your very own pizzeria during this cook-along experience with Tess. Together, you will craft two completely different gourmet pizzas from start to finish- each with its own unique dough, sauce, style and flavor.
First up: Tess’ Greek inspired “Mama’s Foccacia Pan-Style Pizza’- a party-sized, soft crusted favorite enjoyed by Greek families worldwide. Then, take pizza night in a whole new direction with Tess’ signature Pretzel Crust Pizza, featuring that iconic chewy, salty bit everyone loves.
Along the way, you’ll master two types of pizza dough, two scratch-made sauces (one for each style of pizza) and insider tips that will elevate your homemade pizza game to rival any pizzeria. This one-of-a-kind cook-along is about discovering the joy of pizza nights done right, creating pizzas that are fun, flavorful, and endlessly satisfying and memory filled. Equipment needs: A stand-mixer with dough hook attachment is recommended if making both types of pizza dough. Mama’s style pizza requires a sheet-pan, Pretzel Crust pizza requires pizza pan or sheet pan. More info will be provided in the ingredient list packet.
Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and prep.
Participants will also receive a professionally created PDF packet of the instructor’s personal recipes.
NOTE: The instructor’s recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those that register for this class.
This class will take place on Zoom free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the
class prior to it starting.
Make lasting memories in your kitchen if you decide to have your children, your spouse or your partner join you!
Children absolutely love getting involved in the kitchen and will enjoy creating pizza with you as well!
Have your questions answered by the instructor, and interact with other participants as you cook-along. While
cooking-along is loads of fun, it is optional.
As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of
her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional. Come join the fun!
Note: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living
full-time in the same home ONLY. If children are participating, adult supervision is required. If friends, adult
children, or extended family members are gathering for a fun night together, EACH household must register
SEPARATELY even if participating together.
