Peter Pan Jr. (Gr. K-5)Youth EnrichmentKristin Stang Take flight with Peter Pan and his fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, as they visit the nursery of the Darling children! With a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey to Neverland in this Junior edition of the hit Broadway musical. Come face to face with a ticking crocodile, a band of bungling pirates, and of course, the villainous Captain Hook! She grew up performing in theatre, playing piano, and singing. She attended Cathedral High School in St. Cloud and moved to New York City following graduation to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy for Musical Theatre. In 2010, she relocated to Oklahoma City and studied children’s theatre. She was the Fine Arts teacher and director for St. James School in OKC; developing curriculum and teaching the music and drama programs for preschool – eighth grade, the speech program for fifth – eighth grade, and founding the St. James Children’s Choir. In off time from the school, she taught and directed musical theatre for ages 4 – 12 with two local theatre companies for a combined thirteen years. She also taught and directed abroad in Busto Arsizio and Paderno, Italy. She is a private voice teacher to first – eighth grade students and values witnessing their discoveries and individual growth in vocal music. Kristin continues to perform in theatre productions and in her spare moments enjoys volunteering in PKU research, trying great restaurants, writing, traveling, and any moment spent with her squad of spoiled pups; Flynn Rider, Crosby, and Harley.2025 Summer

Mary Poppins Jr. (Gr. 5-8)Youth EnrichmentKristin Stang Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren’t the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that “Anything can happen if you let it.” From Bert & his clan of chimney sweepers to the Bird Woman and beyond, Mary Poppins is a show full of many roles to showcase a young performer!
